In Rwanda, the nurse-to-patient ratio is a staggering 1:1094, and there is also a critical shortage of doctors and other healthcare professionals, posing a significant challenge to the health sector. Our mission is to bridge this gap by igniting a passion for medicine and healthcare among the younger generation. By fostering a community of skilled and motivated young professionals—including future doctors, nurses, and other healthcare providers—we aim to build a strong, energized cadre of healthcare professionals who can transform the future of health in Rwanda.
