Our Mission and Vision
Passion4Health Foundation is committed to three goals:
Closing the workforce gap. We give young professionals access to advanced training opportunities.
Empowering healthcare leaders. We build skills in global health equity, leadership, digital literacy, English proficiency, and medical training, so scholars are ready for the real challenges of a changing health sector.
Making a lasting impact. We work toward high-quality healthcare in Rwanda and beyond, especially in underserved communities.
Our First Cohort in Numbers
20 scholars: 11 men and 9 women
National reach: scholars from all four provinces and Kigali City
Format: a one-month intensive training program, March to April 2025
Looking Ahead
We aim to train 50 scholars by the end of 2025 and 200 by 2028. This directly supports Sustainable Development Goal 3 (Good Health and Well-being) and Goal 4 (Quality Education). Our goal goes beyond training healthcare workers. We are building a generation of changemakers who will shape Rwanda's health system for years to come.
